How exports work

An evidence export is a single PDF bundle containing every record in the chosen scope. Generation is logged as a household event; the export itself carries an audit reference and a checksum.

  2. 2.Messages with sender, role, timestamp, full text, and checksum chip.
  3. 3.Schedule summary for the period.
  4. 4.Handovers with scheduled and confirmed times, locations, and attached photos.
  5. 5.Expenses with line items and receipts inline.
  6. 6.Documents with SHA-256 prefix and uploader.
  7. 7.Audit log for the household events in the bundle.

Raposa does not claim that any specific export will be admitted by any specific court. Admissibility depends on the court, the jurisdiction, and the case. We focus on what we can control: integrity, completeness, and exportability.

Raposa hosts the care record in Germany under UK and EU GDPR. We do not sell, share with advertisers, or train AI models on care-record content.

You are not the data controller.

The parent who created the record is the data controller. You are a third-party recipient with scope your client granted.

We do not give legal advice.

Your client pays one Raposa subscription that covers their entire care record - both parents, plus you, plus any other invited professionals or caregivers. There is no per-seat fee for invited members.

How do I get verified?

Apply at /signup?path=professional. We verify your regulator or bar number and respond within one working day. We will ask for a working email on a firm or chambers domain where possible.

Can I create a care record for a client?

Not directly today - the parent must create the record. The cleanest path is: ask your client to sign up, then have them invite you.

Can my paralegal or junior get access too?

Each individual needs their own verified account. We do not allow shared logins. Your client invites each verified person with the role they need.

What's the audit trail like?

Every action a professional takes is logged as a household event with timestamp, actor, and target.

What if I get a subpoena for my access logs?

Direct it to legal@raposa.ai. We will respond within our published timelines and will tell your client unless legally prohibited.

Can I recommend Raposa to clients in active high-conflict matters?

Yes. Raposa is built for court-directed use, with safety preflight, immutability guarantees, and evidence-export tooling.
